1. Purchasing process

All products offered on this website are sold by Toy Finder. The purchasing process is 100% online and secure. Once the product is selected, the user must provide contact and shipping information, expressly accept these conditions, and make payment using the methods available in the store.

Before completing the order, the customer must expressly accept this policy by selecting a checkbox next to the payment button. This policy is also accessible from the footer and the checkout screen.

2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision in writing via email (info@toyfinder.es) indicating the order number and personal information. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return costs:

The customer will assume the return shipping costs, unless there is an error or defect in the product received.

Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, the amount paid will be refunded, excluding any initial shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned merchandise.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, or in the cases legally contemplated by Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

4. Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed and payment confirmed, it is processed immediately. If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible via email (info@toyfinder.es). If the order has already been shipped, the return policy stated above will apply.

5. Delivery policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days from shipment.

Shipping cost: This will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment. Any free shipping promotions will also be indicated in the store.

In the event of exceptional delays by the courier company or due to external circumstances, the customer will be duly informed.
